  • Do you have Social Media?
    Yes we have a Facebook Page, Instagram Page and Google Page.
  • How can I contact you?
    You can e-mail us at sales@kentpartyshack.com if you leave a telephone number with your enquiry a member of the team will call you. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 72 hours. We check in with you a week before your hire period. At this stage you will be designated a staff member for delivery / collection and will be given their direct phone number for any last minute questions.
  • How do I pay?
    Upon booking we send an electronic invoice via our invoicing system for the deposit. The balance can be paid on the day, before equipment is set up via either cash or card payment.
  • Where do you offer Pamper Parties?
    These are offered in your own home. We cover most DA, ME or TN postcodes. If you're outside of these areas please enquire as we may still be able to help.
  • Can you offer catering?
    Yes. We work alongside a 5 star food hygiene rated kitchen. We are able to offer hot food, party food or afternoon tea packages alongside our party packages.
  • Where do you offer Nerf Parties?
    Our Nerf Parties are available either at your chosen venue or we can provide space for these at Reuthe's The Lost Gardens of Sevenoaks. As standard we cover most DA, ME or TN postcodes. Your venue must be suitable for this type of party. We recommend a large space.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Deposits are non refundable unless the party is cancelled by us in which case this is refunded in full.
  • How do I pay?
    Upon booking we send an electronic invoice via our invoicing system for the deposit. The balance can be paid on the day, before equipment is set up via either cash or card payment.
  • Can you cover areas outside of DA, ME or TN?
    Yes we can. This however will be subject to additional costs. Please enquire with your postcode for a quote.
  • Which areas do you cover?
    We cover most of the DA, ME & TN postcodes.
